Hi I'm searching for an easy and automatic way to add album art to the library I have on my iPod 160. A lot of it is without album art and the iPod isn't being synced with my computer.

Open iTunes, click 'Advanced' from the menu bar and clicking on 'Get Album Artwork' will download album artwork from the iTunes Store. The next time you sync your iPod it will update with the downloaded artwork.

What do you mean? If the iPod isn't being synced, this is the first issue you need to address.
I manually sync it, because I have 2 computers. That's why I can't use iTunes' get artwork option to automatically retrieve artwork for songs on my iPod.
Even if it updates artworks on my computer it doesn't copy them to the iPod when I connect it, as it's isn't set to autosync the music.
I hope that makes sense.

EDIT 2: Doh, turns out that it doesn't really work... 🙁
