I got a few questions this afternoon. I was trying to figure out how to have my folder windows appear above app windows when I click on the desktop and then all of a sudden I have the American Flag icon up in the menu bar. It's for the Character Pallete, but I don't want it in the Menu Bar and have no idea how to remove it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If you click on it, there will be an Open Internaional button. When you do that, there is a checkbox for showing it in the menu bar.

I swear I that option wasn't there last time. I'm losing it. But I KNOW I never purposely checked that box. Anyway....thanks for the help!

Command-Click and drag it off the menu bar, disappears in a puff!

It tends to reappear if you use character palette or keyboard viewer.
