TMOBILE people are kind of screwed

since AT&T freq for 3G is different for TMOBILE in the USA.

does that mean.. if a 3G iphone is unlocked... TMOBILE users still can't take advantage of the 3G in the USA...
so they will just stick with 1st gen.....
 
Seeing as you are forced to buy a plan when you purchase the 3G iPhone, I would think that many unlockers thereof will be turned off already.
