I would guess the price of the phone plus whatever the official subsidy is (seems like $200)...so probably back to 1st generation prices....just a guess!

If its close to a year, they'll probably let you buy a new one at $199 and
extend your contract 2 years on top of your existing contractual obligation.
So you'll be on the hook for 3 years or so.

If you lose or break it within a few months, time to pony up $399.
