Quark -HP 1150 Problem

Running OS 9.2 and trying to print to an HP 1150 printer (which emulates PostScript) When I print in Quark 4.1 the text is garbled: one letter on top of another, spaces inserted into a word, and ALL text boxes print with a dotted frame where no frame exists.

I have printed in Simple Text and Photoshop with no problems. I've contacted HP twice. They think it's a Quark problem.

I'd appreciate any advice.
