"Find" preferences

I was wondering if there is a method to set the "find" default to "File Name" instead of "Contents"? Much appreciated D:apple:
 
i would also like to default a Finder search to the current folder i.e. "rich" if i did a search while in my home folder but i dont think it can be done 🙁
