Question for all of the graphic designers out there about Illustrator CS

Has anyone who have used Illustrator CS noticed that there is no longer any twist tool in the toolbox. The only way to twist is using a filer or effect. If anyone has a solution or a way to get this feature back please tell me. Its very strange that they would remove a tool that people have no doubt become accustomed to using.
