Xmeeting cut off after a minutes

I try to call sorenson VRS for deaf people ( relay service for deaf people to call) from Xmeeting. I typed call.svrs.tv , then sorenson vrs's message will show up, but after a min, it will cut off. I don't know why........

I opened port forward for xmeeting, but still there is problem...
