How do I move my contents from current iPhone to the new 3G?

I would assume your contacts, email, and calendar etc. are synced regularly with your computer. Just sync up your new iPhone, no?

DING DING! I would assume it would be the same format as it is now. Just plug in your new iphone and click on everything you would like to sync through itunes, then sync.
