I'm trying to get my shuffle to accurately record play count. I'm running the latest available firmware on my shuffle. Unfortunately, because my computer's running an old version of Windows, the latest iTunes I can run is 7.3.2.6 . Does anyone have suggestions on how to get my shuffle to record play count? I think earlier versions of the shuffle's firmware may have done this. Is there a way to get and install them?
