Anyone have a tutorial to install Couch Surfer?

I have the ssh enabled but cant figure out how to install couch surfer. Thanks for the help.

You do it through nitoTV or download the installer here

Installer.
If you install nitoTV, you can install it through a menu option of nitoTV.
