Unable to connect to WIFI-help please

Trying to connect to my WPA password wifi connection,trouble is when the networks in area show i can see my neighbours but not mine,not sure if i need to adjust a setting ,i am running 1,1,4 by the way

It sounds like you have a hidden network. If that is the case you can just select other under wifi networks in your iPhone settings and type in you network name and password. I hope this helps.

i did as previous post suggests and the message comes up unable to join the network
i am confused!!!!
