Correct Version Of XP For Mac?

Would this be the correct version of XP to add to my Mac?

MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP HOME HOME EDITION SP2 OEM N0901528
Just want to run Home Edition under Boot Camp and Parallels, nothing fancy.

Looks like Vio, Royal Discount, and Sofware Media all have them. Looking on Nextag.
One is listed as the above with DSP after OEM, wonder what that means?
