Hey all,

I finally got myself a modern Powerbook and I'm loving it. Last week I bought and installed an Airport Extreme card that I've been using on my home network.

I've heard of people using scanning/pinging utilities to find 802.11 wireless networks and I'd like to know if any such 3rd party software is available for OS X users.

I have heard of a program called "NetStumbler" but I believe it is only coded for Windows 2k/XP.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I use MacStumbler, which I think is just a Mac version of NetStumbler. Do a search on Versiontracker and you'll find it.
