hi ppl, I have a real huge problem. I burn cd's on my windows machine at home, (files for mac that I download online) and I take them to my studio to install (the files are only 7 mb) the super drive won't read the cdr's it just ejects them. I've burned cds with programs on my windows machine like Roxio easy cd creator 6 and CDeverywhere but nothing works all my cds burned from the G4 work, I don't know what the deal is...

Please help I'm in a bind for time.

Mac G4 867
os 9.2
superdrive

Do you have the "Universal" extension thingy enabled, or whatever that thing was called (OS 9 is a long way away!)?

What format is the CD? Standard windows formats should work just fine on Macs.

uhhh...

where can I find the universal extention thingie to find out?
