Connect to Server in 10.3

Hi everybody, am I the only one who can't stand how hard it is to connect to another computer in 10.3? So, I finally figured out how to connect to a computer, but how do you disconnect? Thanks.

Eh... doesn't it show on your desktop or in a Finder window?

It shows in a finder wondow but when you try to trash the server, it doesn't disconnect

What about the "eject" symbol as shown in the pic next to the network mounted volume "Macintosh"?
