Good heads up.. I grabbed mine about a week ago at the Apple retail location in northern NJ.. they had a few in stock.
 
My wife snagged one for me on Saturday from the Apple Store. When she first got there they didn't have any, so she added her name to the list. She hadn't even left the mall when she got a call that the shipment had arrived.
