Hi

I have Time Machine backup my main drive on an external drive partition of about 350 GB. I'm going to instead get a 1 TB external and have all my hard drives backed up to that with time machine.

Is there someway to move the backups from the old hard drive over to the new one, so I still have all the old backups with deleted files and whatnot, or do I just have to start fresh with new backups?

Thanks!!!

you can use Disk Utility.
choose the restore tab.
now simply drag and drop your source and destination (there are clear instructions)
