I don't think the software is going to be unlockable.

For the price he is selling them for, if it is unlockable, it'll be worth going out and buying a PAYG one, unlocking it, then sticking it on ebay.

That one has, but the guy has plenty more for sale. I'm really intrigued as to where he/ohmac are getting these phones from??
