Unhappy How to get a recovery disk for apple ibook g4

I just got an apple ibook g4 from a pawn shop. But it did not come with a recovery disk. The master password is still on there and I don't know it. What should I do? Who ever had it before me did not clear everything off of it.

eBay, or buy a retail disk and just start fresh

restart your computer, hold down Command-S.
( Basically, you hold down the command-s key when powering on. The command key has a little apple symbol on the lower left. It is between the alt/option key and the space bar. On a PC keyboard, it will be the windows key, I think. )

When you get the prompt, type in the following:

/sbin/fsck -y [Enter]
/sbin/mount -uaw [Enter]
rm /var/db/.applesetupdone [Enter]
reboot [Enter]
That is if they weren't smart and installed a firmware password, which is still easy to get around. Basically the passwords are meaningless if and easy to blow by if you have physical access to the machine.

With the above, you don't even need a restore DVD.
