Hey, does any one know how to change the background behind the apps, so it is somthing diferent besides just plain black, with customize?

Not so sure you can do that without modding or jailbreaking your iPod. :\
Just a thought though, and it's from what i hear, i get my iPod touch tommorow so i can't give you an answer with full confidence that i'm right.
