P plbergsa macrumors newbie Jan 18, 2004 #2 I have two processes entitled "SmallScanner" owned by me, consuming half of my CPU. The activity monitor says that the parent process is DiskMountNotify. I believe this is slowing down my powerbook. ANy idea what it is?
