iPod touch WiFi in sleep mode
I have the iPod touch and I'm wondering if it will drain the battery faster if I have wifi on in sleep mode and does it still make connections to the wifi network?

i've heard that WiFi doesn't work in sleep mode but i don't think it's true because sometimes i have new email when i wake up my ipod and you can only get new mail if WiFi is working. and yes, having WiFi on will drain your battery faster, you can turn it off while charging and it will charge faster.
