You can buy the apps right now through iTunes, and put them on your iPhone later. (That's exactly what I'm doing... and I've already got 10 of em, lol.)

Same here. I'm mainly pulling down as many of the free ones as I know I'll use right off the bat so I can install them right away once I get the phone activated & connected to my MacBook Pro.
