Will I have to pay anymore money monthly for the iPhone compared to my current setup?

I just recently sold my old Pantech Duo. I had an unlimited data plan, 30$ a month. For everything else I'm under a family plan that includes unlimited text (will this work for the iPhone too?) and some kind of call plan.
