iPod touch When does the 2.0 Update come out?

I keep hearing conflicting stuff. Does anyone know when the update actually comes out? I downloaded iTunes 7.7, but no update yet.

Thanks guys.
 
There's a chance it might wait until the iPhone is released? Or even waiting a few days to differentiate the iPhone for a little while and not release too many things at once... I'm hoping very soon, though.
 
I really hope it is Today for us in the UK.

But tomorrow would be ok byut today would be even better!

Any idea on times in the UK?

hold down shift and click check for update on the iPod Touch/iPhone panel. note that if you downloaded the iPhone version it won't work with the iPod Touch

thats right. the only reason the iPod Touch version hasn't, and won't, be leaked is because you have to pay for it so no one gets it until it's officially been released in iTunes
