I just bought a new powerbook and was looking for a desk or table to put it on, but I can not seem to find one that is stylish enough to have my powerbook on it. Can anyone let me know what they are using to show their beautiful apples ?

Very nice, Wes! I never thought of complementing the computer itself, but now that I see it, I will definitely have to do this as well!

I was going to suggest IKEA also, their furniture is very modern, easy to assemble, and seems to be IMO high quality.

When I was installing I removed all the excess stuff, printer drivers, extra languages, that took up about 600 megs+.

How big is your hard drive? 3Gig?
How much space to you have available now? after the Panther install?

I've installed 10.2.? on a couple iBooks, but only had about 600 megs free after. It was/is difficult to manage these computers with so little space left.
But the are very rugged computers.

At WWDC 2003 I saw in a demo an iBook with 1.3 gig free. Don't know anything else.

This is the iBook 366 SE, 6 Gig hard drive.
