UK County's missing from list!!!

to add yet more woe on Apple's day of blackness...

When trying to register for the MobileMe trial, lots of the County's are missing from the list, rendering the process useless due to your card declining coz of wrong address.

yet another example of Apple overstretching themselves too much for one day.

Can't you just leave the county blank?

Otherwise call your bank and they'll be able to let the payment through anyway.

The card still has to not decline. Call your credit card company and they can "green light" the card to let the payment through, I've done this before and it works fine.
