Im interested in dropped my verizon phone service and picking up the new iPhone and at&t service. I was wondering how exactly i should go about doing such.
1) Should i call and cancel verizon the night before i plan to go to an at&t store and purchase the iPhone? CON: What if i am unable to get an iPhone at the time, then i will be without a phone until i am able to get one. PRO: I will be able to keep the same number as i have on verizon?
2) Should i go to an at&t store, buy the iPhone and set up the plans and such. Then come home and cancel my verizon service? CON: I wont be able to keep the same number? PRO: I wouldn't be without a phone at any time.
