Dont know if it was like this before 10.3.2 but i have noticed when I have System preferences in the background and click the finder and open the apple menu it is extremely wide however without system preferences open it is fine. Anyone else notice this?

Here is a pic of it normally w/ system preferences not open

There is definitely a difference in size there and on my system as well. I will file a bug at Apple for you.
