Need suggestions here,

First of all i'm setting up aa new MobileMe account for the girlfriend, she has never had .mac

I've set the mail.app up as Mobile me, only her mobileme "***@me.com" address shows up.

But in iTunes where you choose accounts to sync to the iPhone is shows up as mac.com and the iphone sends from "***@mac.com.

This is really a stupid problem and i can seem to convince the phone to become me.com... any ideas?

I have this problem also. A couple of others have reported this happening too. No idea why it's happening though

I think i have solved this....

Remove the syncing from iTunes and add the MobileMe account on the iphone separately. Everything stays synced anyway on the MobileMe account because of the push.

I think Apple has a lot of fiddling to do with MobileMe before it gets anywhere near to being worth the money.
