Changing application icon after deployment

Hello All,

I would like to change my application's icon (the one displayed in Spring Board) after deployment. For example, have three icons

Red icon
Gray icon
Green icon

And when my application runs it will check some parameters and change its icon on spring board.

How can this be done?

Many thanks in advance.

Omer.
