Hi,
We are a school with a mixed network of Macs authenticating to an XServe and Windows machines authenticating to AD.
Our new internet filtering company requires a script to be run when a user logs on - basically just passing the user name to their server.
1. Where do I find the login script for networked users? Please tell me it's located on the Xserve so that I don't have to go round every client.
2. What command would grab the current user name logging in?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi,

What filtering service are you using, that has a key to this as well.

Are you using a sonicwall, fortinet product or?
