The first question is - does patching lower video quality at all? I installed a bunch of the apps - through nito TV, and I think that the video quality of some of my files ended up looking worse than they did prepatch. I also noticed the beginning apple TV startup vid looked pixelated.
Also I'm wondering if ATV files can see embeded album art of .m4v and .mov files. I had it reading a .m4v file off of an external hard drive (using the USB patch) and it would only show the standard "no album art frame" even though that file had album art that iTunes, and Apple TV could see. I added the album art using metax.
