Solution for Safari HTTPS problem??

I just found this software, Authoxy, on MacUpdate that seems to imply it can solve the problem with Safari not getting https thru some firewalls.

I'm not back at work til next week so am really curious to know if it will work. Does anyone know? Can anyone try??
