anyone Know How to get access to SIM Card for get my phone number from iPhone SDK or if exist a framework for do it

I don't think there is one as apple probably doesn't want any app makers to be spamming the user if they install the app.

What you're going to have to do is ask for the number and have the user type it in instead of sneaking around and getting their personal information.
