How do you update your app through iTune?

i noticed that they have Free Updates, and eventually a Paid Updates...meaning we may have to Pay for certain Updates...which may be worth it....just found that interesting

have any popular apps actually had any updates yet as i keep trying but it says there are no updates available for anything. I know the author of graffitio submitted an update 2 days before release of the app store and even that hasn't made it on there yet.

Facebook just released an update for their app.
