lines in NYC at Apple Stores?

What is the general status of lines in any of the three Manhattan Apple Stores in the mornings for iPhones? What time should I arrive to make sure I get one tomorrow morning - how fast do lines build up?

Any Westchester/White Plains experiences too?

I got my iphone on launch day, but I dropped by the 14th st. store to get a dock(they were sold out) and the line was pretty big, 3 rows deep on the outside plus numerous people waiting outside, then I went over to the Soho store and the line there was down the block at least. This was around 12pm. I'd recommend getting there early if you want a shorter wait.
 
I went by the westchester store yesterday around 5 and there were a grand total of 3 people in line, might be a good choice.
