Format Ibook?

How do you format an Ibook without any install disks? I bought mine dirt cheap on Ebay and it works fine and all but Came with no install or supports discs?
 
Buy an OS disk and boot from that. Then open Disk utility (if it's X) and choose erase.
 
You have to have install disks - sounds like you'll have to buy them. You'll be able to get the latest Panther software though - so that's good at least.
