Editing text box in Preview

Hey all, quick question about Preview. I've got a PDF from work that I need to fill out for my next review. I've been playing around in Preview but I can't seem to fill in the text boxes on the page. It worked fine at work on a PC with Word 2007, so am I just Preview-challenged or is there an actual problem here?

Thanks for the help!
