Unable to make calls

Hello

Im from the uk, I bought a jailbroken iphone then updated to 2.0 through itunes thinking I am an 02 customer not on an iphone tarif but thought that I would be able to use the iphone this way.
It didnt work so then used pwnage 2.0 and the phone is now alive but I am able to recieve calls but not make any.

Has anyone else had this problem and know what I need to do?

You should be able to use any o2 SIM upon activation through iTunes with the original iPhone (well, possibly just an iPhone with 2.0 software)... But you may need to add iPhone features to the SIM using this link here:

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not a pay as you go customer so I cant fillout the form.
If the phone is unlocked do I still need to do this?

Hmm not sure then, although Pay Monthly and Simplicity should be possible too...

lists all the various options but doesn't go into much depth for any of them... hmm actually on re-reading the link, it suggests you might have to switch to an iPhone tariff if you are on Pay Monthly - that's a bit of a cheek!
