macOS iPhone: monitor call log?

Hi,

Is there anyway to check the call log for the last calls made, their duration and contact information? Even if this can't be done in realtime-- lets say the user starts our application and we sync the call log?

and allow for custom edits on call log? like delete just a single entry?

any ideas?
