Delivery from Apple UK?

Hey guys, Just order the new Imac, and it gets dispatched on the 24th then delivered on the 29th. Seems like an eternity. I was just wondering if the dates Apple UK give are accurate or if they are completly off? Or if it will be here early 😀

Apple is very good at what the business world calls "managing expectations". Most times, they over-estimate delivery time so that you can be ecstatic when it arrives "early".

This happened to me when i ordered a MacBook Black Penryn edition for my daughter to be delivered and it was meant to be delivered on her birthday but the bastards sent it 2 days earlier and so daddy gets a call thanking him for his early birthday present. 🙂🙁/🙂🙁/🙂🙁/🙂🙁/🙂🙁/🙂🙁....
