I downloaded Showtime on my iPhone and sync'd it with iTunes. I later bought Onetapmovie and again sync'd it with iTunes. So now I no longer need Showtime. So... how do I delete it out of iTunes now? Can't seem to figure it out.

Right click on the app and select delete. If you have the misfortune of using a single button mouse then select the app you want to delete and then goto the edit menu and select delete.
