Surprised Apple hasn't made an app for iWeb publishing

Kind of stinks that you can only publish updates from one location: your mac. Would be awesome to be able to publish updates from anywhere with your iPhone.

I think that would be way too complicated.

BUT -- They should definitely have a tool that can update your iWeb BLOG.

iWeb

I agree. They really need to pull their heads out of their asses on this one. It makes perfect sense to create this as it would make complete mobileme website integration possible. It doenst even have to be an app to create a new site, just something to allow you to make updates to the one you already have would be great.

I'm also surprised why apple haven't make iWork mobile and iWorkme (like google docs), or any other app other than the remote

I also want to see mobile versions of all the iWork applications as well. Specifically speaking, Pages and Numbers.

Keynote might be an overkill - but if they manage it, it sure would be nice.

They've proven with the touch interface, that they can condense seemingly complex desktop environments into simple, but powerful, mobile applications.

Take mobile Safari for example - when it doesn't crash - it's nearly perfect.

Yeah I would really like to have a iweb blog updater for the iphone. Is it even possible to update an iweb site from anything other than your main mac? I know you couldn't before. It would be nice to due updates from the macbook I just bought as well.

Maybe a separate MobileMe Blog

I agree that this would be awesome. But I also think you're right that updates currently can't happen from anywhere but your main Mac for now because iWeb updates the "Domain" file in your ~/Library/AppSupport/iWeb folder.

BUT ... what if you could create a separate MobileMe blog that could be updated from the iPhone/iPod Touch OR the MobileMe site? Then you just put a link to that blog on your main iWeb page. Coordinated themes with iWeb would be helpful too.

This would be the perfect time for Apple to bring this feature to market and would seriously help MobileMe live up to its name & potential.
