VisualHub - WMV to AVI no sound

Hi

I am trying to convert some WMV files to AVI but when it converts there is no sound. The video is alright but sound seems a no go.

Any ideas what I am missing? Seems to be on on some WMV files from a website. They used to convert alright but the last few have just had this sound problem.
