Gosh it's so annoying! I get strange errors (similar to page no found), you can't do proper listings with Safari since it doesn't support stuff like pictures and all that (have to use Firefox), and now the Live Help crashes Safari as soon as it opens! Repeated this on a brand new MacBook and my MacBook Pro. Try the Live Help, put in your username, email address etc, and hit "Connect" and boom, Safari crashes.

Just madness. When will Safari work with eBay!?

Excuse the ramble. Just a bit ticked off!

Screw Safari, use Firefox. 😀

It's like damn when will that car that doesn't work, work? Just get one that works man.

If you google 'Firefox multitouch' the first result takes you to a thread in these forums that explains how to get it working in Firefox. The third result is the app you need to get it up and running.

I did notice that in the past week or two, ebay is using a more flash intensive page that really cranks up my fans and proc. needs.

I would try deleting the history, or reinstalling it. I had a problem with Safari not opening and had called Apple Care they walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling and has been great ever since.

PS. I use Firefox, but needed to get Safari to work in order to download it when i redid my iMac. (too lazy to flash drive it)
