"set up your iphone" question

(i couldnt find an answer in any other threads, sorry if this has been answered)
hey all,
i have successfully unlocked my 2.0 iphone.😀 when i plug it in, and iTunes opens up, it says

i plan on setting it up as a new iphone as i don't have any songs or pictures on it currently.

since this is unlocked, setting it up as a new iphone lock it again?

It should just configure it to load the music, video, contacts, and calendar settings you had before.
