Import connection entry for Cisco VPN?

Is it possible to import a connection entry (file type .pcf) into the iPhone's Cisco VPN account setup?

My employer only distributes the connection file (with encrypted group password) for security, so I don't know how to set up Cisco VPN otherwise.

Please help if you can. Thanks.
