i want to listen to a radio show on my ipod. Problem is, the archive files are in .ram files. (Real Media, ulgh) is there an easy way to convert these to mp3 or aac? itunes wont even open the .ram file!!!

short answer is NO, you can't convert them. but what you can do is use WireTap to record the audio from Real Player then convert it whatever you want in iTunes.

do you have wiretap? i cant seem to download it. It downloads, but when i install, i get an error that the script cannot be read...

If you have access to a Windows PC, try DMC. It won't introduce analogue "noise" into the file.

Easy to do on Windows, don't know about macs.
Firts try to convers to PCM audio (.wav or .cda) then convert to MP3/AAC.

This thread is not Audiophile related😡
